deltaDOT have developed a range of biomolecular separation instruments based around High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis (HPCE) and microfluidic separation systems.
Current products:-deltaTITER is a novel one hour baculovirus titration system which enables researchers to accurately quantify the amount of baculovirus in a sample in just one hour. The method is kit-based, automated and simple to use. deltaTITER uses a proprietary buffer system that utilises deltaDOT's state-of-the art HPCE technology. More information on deltaTITER can be found in the brochure, or in the dedicated website www.deltatiter.com.
deltaDOT are developing other capillary and microfluidic products and are actively working with partners to launch these to market:
The Peregrine 96 instrument utilizes innovative technologies employed within the commercialized Peregrine I system, combined with a bespoke motion handling system, to provide a LFII® capillary electrophoresis platform with a standardized 96 well microtitre plate front end format, reducing the time between operation steps and increasing throughput over the conventional system due to optimized motion handling system. The increased reagent volumes expand the number of experimental steps between user interventions and multiple/serial injections to eliminate time-consuming capillary conditioning steps. These improvements reduce both the time required to process 96 samples and increasing the walk-away time from the system.
